Not only did we find the right used car at JP Toyota Victoria, we enjoyed the process of buying it. Product Advisor Owen Kimber was most helpful: having recently arrived from the UK we knew what we wanted, but weren't clear which make/model best suited us. Owen listened carefully to our requirements and showed us several cars from their wide-ranging stock, and was cheerful and informative while doing so. Everyone else was equally helpful and cheerful, but General Finance Manager Rikk Nieuwenhout also deserves special mention. Ask him to demonstrate the fabric treatment even if you don't need it! While being good with the public is an integral part of the job for those selling cars, we felt the staff at JP Toyota Victoria genuinely enjoyed their work and did their best to find a compromise that was both profitable for the dealership and likely to bring us back as customers in future. It works: when we need another car they'll be the first place we start looking.

My RAV4 needed an oil change and had the pleasure of speaking with Tanya Fraser from the service department to book an appointment. Excellent customer rapport. I was treated as an individual (not a number), felt that my business was valued, and enjoyed a very positive experience. Please channel some of your IT folks' time into cloning Tanya…she's a credit to Jim Pattison's, and whoever hired her deserves a major "atta-person".

I was extremely happy with the customer service at Jim Pattison Toyota. Jesse, one of the sales representatives, was very attentive in helping me choose my new car. Working with a smaller budget for an used car, Jesse listened to what I was looking for and found me a car that I absolutely love. He was clear when answering my questions and went over the Car Proof report with me. The car was everything I was looking for and more. I would absolutely recommend Jim Pattison Toyota to anyone buying a car- new or used. :)

 I've always been apprehensive about taking my vehicle to the dealership for repairs. But Paige and the crew at Toyota were awesome, great communication and great service. They were bang on with they're time estimates on how long the repairs would take, took care of a couple of minor things no charge, and got me a rental van that fit my needs. The whole thing was smooth and stress free. I hope my van doesn't need any major work again soon, but it'll be going back to them without hesitation in the future.
