We just leased our second Highlander XLE hybrid with Abraham Lee and he was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. He is the ONLY car salesman we've ever dealt with (at ANY dealership) who knows how to use the technology of the car. We had a very positive experience with him and would deal with him and Toyota again in the future.

I came to the dealership with my intentions of strictly looking. I was greeted by Reynaldo (who was amazing!) I immediately found one Corolla that I loved in the colour and year I was looking for. I left the dealership and within 2 hours I was back and talking with Reynaldo about the car. The doc fee was the cheapest I've seen around town and that is one of the reasons I knew to come there. They were very flexible on the hold fee for the car, very nice about it. A few days later I was coming in to pick my car up and everyone there was just absolutely incredible and I didn't feel pressured at all once! They were there to help me and they exceeded my expectations of a dealership!! I highly recommend this dealership! Thank you!

Kudos to Jim Pattison Toyota's service department! Service Writer, Reza, Service Manager, Jamie, and in particular, the Fixed Ops Manager, Craig Weiss who did an incredible job this week fixing a difficult situation. My 20-year-old daughter purchased a used car (not a Toyota) from Toyota's used car department 15 months ago, and thank God, purchased an extended third party warranty. Unfortunately, the engine began to fail over the past several weeks due to an undiagnosed internal problem. This dealership stepped in and in particular, Craig Weiss, went to bat for her with the warranty company and had her entire engine replaced under the FCPP extended warranty plan with no out of pocket expense to her. They arranged a vehicle for her the whole time her car was in the shop and kept us well informed through the process. We found everyone in the service department extremely professional and courteous. These guys made good on a tough situation that could have been a major set back for a young Woman but instead turned it into a great learning experience for her. Great job guys! We will be using this service department for many years into the future with such top-notch customer service. Thank You from the concerned Dad!!

This is my sixth time purchasing or leasing a new car so I am not new at this. It's a process I usually dread as I can't stand the feeling of being pressured into a decision by a slick salesman or talked into something that is not right for me. I was so pleasantly suprised by my experience at Jim Pattison Toyota. Abe Lee is the best car salesman we have ever worked with!!! Abe is professional, thorough and knowledgeable and he expertly answered all the questions we had. He listened so carefully to what we where looking for and ensured that we got it! His enthusiasm for his job and the product he sells is evident from the moment you meet him. Our purchase of a used Ford pickup truck from JPTV went very smoothly, thanks to our salesman Matt Higgins. We live on the mainland and found the truck on the Pattison website. I had spent considerable time collecting and analyzing price data for many similar trucks throughout BC, and this truck got our attention as a good value. Matt is a good listener and did his best to satisfy my demands for information about the vehicle. He sent a few documents to us by email and we decided to go have a look in person. On our visit, I threw some more requests to Matt for information, and he arranged interviews with mechanics (at JPTV and at the dealer who did previous servicing of this vehicle) to satisfy me. Once we decided to buy, the process went very smoothly without drama or pressure. Good job Matt.
